🎨 As part of the public program for the exhibition Unframed: Leis, Tabaka, Rožanskaitė, Zuzeum invites you to the workshop Drawing Outside the Frame with art therapist Līga Cepurīte.

📅 Saturday, 22 February 2025, 12:00 pm–2:00 pm
🎟️ Participation fee – 30 EUR. Tickets here.
🗣️ This workshop will take place in Latvian.

Have you ever considered that drawing is more about movement than the image? In this workshop, led by art therapist Līga Cepurīte, you’ll have the chance to explore drawing beyond your usual self-imposed boundaries. You’ll reconnect with the primal movements of the body—free from the constraints of your mind—much like the natural flow of childhood creativity.

Through various exercises, you’ll experiment with different drawing materials, shapes both large and small, and learn to relax, ground yourself, and build self-trust. The experience will guide you to create from within, tapping into your inner world and expanding your sense of self. This is drawing from the inside out—an opportunity to reconnect with your authentic creative impulses and experience personal growth.

The workshop is suitable for young people aged 18 and over, adults, and seniors. All necessary materials will be provided on-site. To ensure a comfortable creative experience, we recommend wearing clothes that can get dirty or bringing a change of clothing.

About Līga Cepurīte
